Mohanad T. Khaled, Managing Partner of BDO Khaled & Co (member of BDO international), has extensive experience in Accounting, Auditing, Tax Advisory, Financial Advisory and Business Process Outsourcing services. Mohanad had joined BDO Khaled & Co. in March 1997.
In addition, Mr. Khaled had voluntarily contributed to various legislative and professional standards’ reforms. He was a member of the committee that updated the latest issued Egyptian Corporate Governance Code in August 2016.
Mohanad is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Fellow of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA), and Fellow of the Egyptian Tax Society (ETS).

Khaled Saba is an investment Banker/Private Equity Professional with more than 30 years of international executive experience and a wide network in multiple industries across Egypt, MENA, South Asia and Europe. Khaled is currently the Senior Country Advisor of Mediterrania Capital Partners (MCP), the leading Private Equity house in North Africa. MCP’s assets under management hovers around Euro 500 million and has participated in multiple investments over the last twelve years across North and West Africa. Khaled is also the Founder of EquiCorp Advisors a Cairo based boutique investment bank specialized in raising debt and equity for Mid-Caps in Egypt. Between 2002 and 2008, Khaled had headed Strategy and Commercial Operations at Orascom Telecom. Before that, Khaled was the Head of Research at EFG Holding the largest Investment Bank in the Region. Khaled has a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from the American University in Cairo.

Ali Awni is Professor of Practice at the Business School, and Director of the John D. Gerhart Center for Philanthropy, Civic Engagement and Responsible Business, The American University in Cairo (AUC). He teaches operations management courses at the undergraduate and MBA level. His research interests are in operations and supply chain innovations for SME and base of the pyramid. As a director of the Gerhart Center, he led the transition of the center to the School of Business, including the addition of responsible business theme.
Awni serves on many boards. Awni serves on the Board of the Egyptian Company for Medical investments (An Egyptian Unified Procurement Authority's company). He serves on the board of advisors of the Center of African Philanthropy and Social Investments (CAPSI) at Wits School of Business, South Africa. Awni is a representative of Africa and the Middle East on the Civil Society Advisory Body, UNEP FI Principles of Responsible Banking.
Ali Awni holds BS in Computer Science & Statistics from Kuwait University, MS in Systems Science from the University of Ottawa, and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from North Carolina State University.

Ayman Ezzat Abdellatif has had a long and varied career across several fields starting with the economic field, where he began his career in the Economic Department of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He then joined the Economic Group at the Egyptian Embassy in Washington, where he participated in the Egyptian Task Force at the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
Then he moved to the field of Information Technology, where he worked for over 35 years in several local and multinational companies, including Microsoft and VMware/Dell. Throughout that period, he held several senior positions, including Microsoft's General Manager in Egypt, Regional Director for Middle East and Africa for Microsoft Consulting Services and finally, Sr Director for End user Cloud Computing at VMware/Dell. During this period Ayman had the privilege of leading and participating in many national digital transformation initiatives in both the USA and the MENA region.
Mr. Abdellatif then moved to the field of education, where he served as Sr Vice President of the American University in Cairo, during which time, he led the university's efforts to provide the highest level of service to its constituencies during the COVID period through the use of information technology and digital transformation.
Finally, Ayman joined Honoris, an organization that acquires and operates institutions of higher education throughout Africa, as the Managing Director for the Egypt operation.

Currently serving as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at the Egyptian Company for Medical Investment (ECMI), Ihab has a proven track record of driving transformative improvements in supply chain efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
Ihab's expertise spans a wide range of supply chain functions, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, quality assurance, and project management. He has successfully led cross-functional teams and implemented innovative strategies to optimize supply chain operations for leading companies in Egypt and beyond.
Ihab holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Rome Business School and an MBA in Strategic & Project Management from Victoria University, Switzerland. He is also a Certified International Trade, Shipping & Logistics Professional (CITLP) and a Supply Chain Certified Professional (SCCP).
